	Handbook for Justice of the Peace in The Northern Territory by authority L. F. Johnson Commonwealth Attorney-General's Dept. Aust. 1941 Paperback stapled through the front. Covers all aspects of Law including Indictable Offences, Simple Offences, Coroner's Inquetst, etc. Complete with partitioned section of "The Northern Territory Of Australia Justices Regulations and Index." Nowhere does it mention aboriginals.

Edinburgh, n.d. Hardcover. No date but my guess would be 1880-1900. Loads of sound legal advice. Advice on the Education of Women. Hints on Etiquette. The Training of Children. Degrees of Nobility. More than you'd ever need to know. Really.
	The Practice of Electrical Wiring by Donald Smeaton Munro H. Alabaster, Gatehouse & Co., London. 1913 Hardcover with gold-embossed text on front cover. Advice to those who deal with electric wiring. Many B&W line drawings and some photographs. Ads front and back for electrical supplies. Includes information on Historical Wiring, whatever that is.
	Plumbing and Sanitation and Domestic Engineering by Newnes Plumbing, Sanitation and Domestic Engineering unknown printers and date of publication Boxed set of twenty-four information Data Sheets and twelve wall charts. Book is, in fact, two books hinged together by the cover. Sadly no dust jacket remains and no way identifying the printers or year of production. Contains sizing chart for ventilating ductwork among others.
	Mechanical World Year Book 1963 by Emmot & Co. Ltd. Emmott & Company, Limited. 1963 Loads of ads front and back. Bookmark included and attached with red cord. Contents include Vacuum Pressure Conversion Table, Broken Coal in Bulk, Babbit Metal, Precision measurement. Handy chart of Properties of Saturated Steam in Foot-Pound Fahrenheit Units. Logarithems, Antilogarithems and Trigonometrical Ratio charts also at back with many others. Price 6/-.

Tables for Deciman Equivalants, British Weights & Measures, Horse Power per 100ft of Horizontal Conveyor, Diamond Tools and their Applications, Steam Boilers and The Light Alloys, among many. The sections on Gas Turbines has been revised and enlarged.. Price 3/6.
	Pottie's Horse Dictionary compiled by Blue Cross Vetinary Products Sydney. 1972 Softcover. 8th reprint. First printed in 1882. With 28 illustrations. Dictionary of diseases of the horse and treatments. B&W photos including horses suffering from said diseases. Reference chart of horse points and skeleton points. Indexes of management, Symptoms, Common Drugs and Diseases.
	The Science of Dairying by A H. R. Amess, M. A. & H. C. Johnson Whitcombe & Tombs Limited. n.d. Hardcover. Second editon, extensively revised. 1920-ish from info in Chapter 1. Old B&W photographs which are grainy at best, some detailed line drawings. A very comprehensive book about the dairy industry and everything you need to know about cows.
	The Northern and Allied Staff Magazine Consulting Editor: C. H. Leach L Bell & Co. Ltd. Great Britain. 1952 Paperback. Frontispiece laments 2 months since the death of King George VI but show a happy looking Elizabeth. Has all kinds of interesting articles, cross words, B&W photgraphs and cartoons. Knitting pattern for swimwear of a very modest top and fullest of bottoms. Notes from branches in Scotland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
	Handyman's How To Do It In Pictures A Visual Course of Instruction Prepared for Amateurs by Craftsmen by Odhams? Odhams Press Limited. London. n.d. No date but full of black and white photographs of happy-looking home-owners from the 1950's who are hanging wallpaper, fixing plumbing, repairing their water heater, engaging in metalwork or making a wooden chandelier.
	Spon's Practical Builders Pocket Book A Reference Book of Memoranda, Tables and Official Rules and Regulations for Architects and Builders edited by Clyde Young. F.R.I.B.A. E. & F. N. Spon, Ltd. London 1935 6th edition Hardcover with embossed front. Ads at front for modern building products. 74 illustrations. Contents include various types of buildings from asylums, coach houses, operating theatres, slaughter houses to concert halls.
	Foulsham's Wireless Guide Short-Wave Radio Reception by W. Oliver (G3XT) W. Fulsham & Co. Ltd. London. n.d. Small, hardcover booklet on short-wave radio transmissions. War-time regulations and restrictions warning inside front cover. Information for amateurs and repairers alike. Section on Morse Code and Abbreviations Commonly Used. Inscribed with owners name and 1945 inside front cover.
	Testing, Fault Localization and General Hints for Wiremen Electrical Installation Manual by J. Wright Comstable & Company. London. 1923 Hardcover. Originally printed in 1912. Includes b&w line drawings of circuits. Further reading on pages at front and back of the book. The hints do appear to be, in every sense, quite general.
	The Universal Home Lawyer Illustrated by Odams Press, London. n.d. Hardcover with gold embossed spine and embossed statue of Justice on the front cover. B&W pictures scattered here and there, one of "Treadneedle Street- The Financial Centre of the World." and "The famous siege of Sidney Street in 1910". Aimed at "the average man". Special suppliments on: "The Police," "Road Traffic," "Divorce," "Rent Restrictions," "Gambling," "Unemployment Insurance" and "Income Tax." No date- probably 1930's by text references.
