MEDIEVAL CHEST TUTORIAL
a 14th century-style storage chest
made with non-medieval techniques and tools

I have limited woodworking skills but that sure doesn't stop me from making things.

Here I show you how I made a medieval-type chest. It's not historical woodwork. I recomment St Thomas Guild Blogspot if you're that way inclined. For the rest of us who want to have a crack at it, here's what I did to make mine.

What you need:
Timber, measuring tape, drill, screws or nails, hammer, safety goggles and a jigsaw for the curved bits!
